You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@purecreaft.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
